About this home

Unwind completely in our spacious family home. An ideal base for exploring the island. Very centrally located, so you have everything within easy reach, yet in an extremely quiet setting on the secured grounds, making it safe for everyone. The 3 spacious bedrooms each have their own full bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen has all appliances. This home is also offered on a per-bedroom basis. In short, everything is available for a carefree stay. The space Your accommodation consists of two floors. On the first floor you will find an entrance hall with a separate toilet. The living area offers, among other things, a comfortable sofa with recliners and a spacious open kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Adjoining it is the terrace with a sea view. On the terrace you have both a dining area and a seating area, where it is lovely to spend time and enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening. Next to the kitchen is the first bedroom with its own full bathroom, including its own toilet. The bedroom has a smart TV, a king-size bed and plenty of cupboards to store your belongings. Upstairs there are another 2 bedrooms. Both have a king-size bed, wardrobes, a private bathroom including a toilet, and plenty of storage space as well. The home also has a lower floor (finished basement). This has a completely separate entrance. This house offers a great deal of privacy and comfort, allowing you to relax completely and unwind. Guest access The house is located on a gated resort. The advantage of this is that you never receive unwanted visitors and the grounds are very quiet and serene. You have access to the entire grounds and can use the communal swimming pool, where free sun loungers are also available for your use. The swimming pool is a wonderful place to cool off, which you may use daily. Other things to note Water and electricity consumption is included and incorporated into the management fee per night. Unfortunately, waste is not yet recycled on Curaçao. Everything, even glass, may go into the same bin. Because you are staying on a gated resort, there are some rules that must be followed.

Maximum 6 guests. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 according to the detailed house rules; the structured house rules state 21:00 to 08:00. Keep noise levels low, especially outdoors. Smoking: no smoking indoors. Smoke outdoors and fully extinguish cigarette butts in the provided ashtray. The structured house rules also state 'No smoking'. Energy conservation: turn off lights, fans and air conditioning when you leave. Be mindful of water and electricity use. Cleanliness: leave the accommodation as you found it. Wash the dishes and use the designated rubbish bins. Rubbish is collected once a week on Tuesday morning. Bins may be placed by the roadside from 18:00 on Monday evening. Guests and visitors: no unregistered guests or visitors without approval. Pets: no pets are allowed in the accommodation. Safety: close doors and windows when leaving. Report damage or problems to the host immediately. Parties and events: no parties, events or large gatherings. Commercial photography is not allowed. Parking: use the designated parking spaces. Do not block driveways. Compliance with laws: follow all local laws and regulations. Check-in and check-out: check-in at 16:00 according to the detailed house rules; the structured house rules state arrival from 15:00. Check-out: 11:00. Damage and breakages: guests are responsible for any damage. Report problems immediately. Waste disposal: use the appropriate rubbish bins. Before you leave: gather used towels and dispose of rubbish. Guests are expected to use the accommodation respectfully and comply with all house rules. Damage resulting from misuse or negligence is the guest's responsibility. By booking this villa, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to this disclaimer. Guests accept full responsibility for their actions during their stay and waive any claims against the host or owner of the accommodation arising from the conditions stated above.
