HouseKeepers Curaçao handles your personal data carefully and confidentially. In this privacy policy you can read which data we collect, why we do so, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
1Who are we?
HouseKeepers Curaçao, run by Yves and Sarah, is responsible for processing your personal data through this website and our services.

2What data do we collect?
Data you provide to us via the appointment form, email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, the address of your property (as an owner) and the content of your message.
When you request a vacation rental: your arrival and departure date, the number of guests and any wishes for your stay.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and never ask for payment details through this website.
3What do we use your data for?
To answer your question and schedule an appointment.
To manage your property as an owner: key handover, cleaning, maintenance and communication with your guests.
To handle a request or booking for a vacation rental and keep you informed about it.
We never use your data for unsolicited advertising and never sell it to third parties.
4On what basis do we process your data?
We process your data because it is necessary to perform or prepare an agreement with you (for example a management agreement or a booking), because you contact us yourself, or because we are legally required to (for example for our accounting).
5How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Messages and requests without follow-up are deleted after two years at the latest.
Data of owners and bookings is kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for our records.
6Who do we share your data with?
Only with parties needed to deliver our service, such as our email and hosting provider, and — when it concerns your property or stay — the owner or the guest.
If you choose a massage with our partner Soul & Nature Touch, you contact the therapist directly via WhatsApp. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that communication.
7Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. This website uses a secure connection (https), and only Yves and Sarah have access to your data.
8Cookies
This website only uses essential cookies, for example to remember your cookie choice. We do not place tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
You can always delete cookies through your browser settings.
9Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing or ask for your data to be transferred.
Send an email to info@housekeeperscuracao.com. We reply within 30 days.
10Changes
We may update this privacy policy, for example when we offer new services. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
