Cancellation policy
By making a reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy below.
1Free cancellation
When cancelling up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, any amounts already paid are fully refunded.
2Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
When cancelling between 30 and 14 days before the planned arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount is due.
3Cancellation within 14 days before arrival
When cancelling within 14 days before the planned arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount is due.
4No-show or early departure
In case of a no-show or early departure, no refund is given.
5Refunds
Any refunds are processed via the same payment method as the original payment, unless agreed otherwise.
6Force majeure
In exceptional situations of force majeure, a different arrangement may be considered case by case. This is solely at the discretion of the accommodation or manager and creates no rights for current or future cases.
7Travel and cancellation insurance
We advise all guests to take out suitable travel and cancellation insurance, so unexpected circumstances are sufficiently covered.
